5.Because Willow always takes on the best friends job to hate people who hurt Buffy

7.Because Willow was the first one to realise what happened between Buffy & Angel
8.Because Buffy defends Willow even to Xander
9.Because they both told each other Carpe Diem (Seize the day)
10. Because Buffy was the first friend Willow came out to, and Buffy was fine with it.
11. Because Willow couldn't live without Buffy gone.
12. Because Willow wanted to tell Buffy everything happening in her life.
13. Because Buffy believed in Willow's power.
14. Because they're going to cheat at Bingo together and forget to take their pills.
15. Because Willow went to UC Sunnydale for Buffy.

Girl Talk
Buffy: Uh, Hi! Willow, right?
Willow: Why? I-I mean, hi! Uh, did you want me to move?
Buffy: Why don't we start with, 'Hi, I'm Buffy,' and, uh, then let's
segue directly into me asking you for a favor. It doesn't involve moving, but it does involve hanging out with me for a while.
(Season 1: Welcome To The Hellmouth)

Buffy: Well, my philosophy – do you want to hear my philosophy?
Willow: Yeah, I do.
Buffy: Life is short.
Willow: Life is short.
Buffy: Not original, I'll grant you, but it's true. You know, why waste time being all shy and why worried about some guy and if he's gonna laugh at you? Seize the moment ‘cause tomorrow you might be dead.
Willow: Oh, that’s nice.
(Season 1: Welcome To The Hellmouth)

Buffy: Jesse is my responsibility. I let him get taken.
Xander: That’s not true.
Willow (to Buffy): If you hadn’t shown up, they would’ve taken us, too. Does anybody mind if I pass out?
Buffy: Breathe.
Willow: Breathe.
Buffy: Breathe
(Season 1: The Harvest)

Willow: Oh, I, I need to sit down.
Buffy: You are sitting down.
Willow: Oh. Good for me.
(Season 1: The Harvest)

Willow: South wall, that's near the college and, the fraternity house!
Giles: The fraternity?
Angel: That's where they're taking these girls? (Willow nods) Well, let's get out there.
Willow: Buffy!
Giles: Well, there's nothing concrete, so let's not disturb her until--
Willow: Is there! With Cordelia. They went to a party at the Xeta Capa house.
Giles: She lied to me?
Willow: Well--
Angel: Did, did she have a date?
Willow: Well-- why do you think she went to that party?! Because you gave her the brush-off. (to Giles) And you never let her do anything except work and patrol and I know she's the Chosen One, but you're killing her with the pressure. I mean, she's sixteen going on forty. (to Angel) And you! You're gonna live forever. You don't have time for a cup of coffee? Okay, I don't feel better now, and we've gotta help Buffy. (both stand there ashamed for a minute, then follow Willow)
(Season 2: Reptile Boy)

Willow: Carpe diem. You told me that once.
Buffy: Fish of the day?
Willow: Not carp, carpe. It means "seize the day."
Buffy: Right. I think we're going to. Seize it. Once you get to a certain point, then seizing is sort of inevitable.
Willow: Wow.
Buffy: Yeah.
Willow: Wow.
Buffy: Ooh.
Willow: Wow.
(Season 2: Surprise)

Buffy: It's so weird. Every time something like this happens, my first instinct is still to run to Angel. I can't believe it's the same person. He's completely different from the guy that I knew.
Willow: Well, sort of, except...
Buffy: Except what?
Willow: You're still the only thing he thinks about.
(Season 2: Passion)

Willow: All right, I'll stop giving you a hard time... runaway.
Buffy: Will!
Willow: I'm sorry... quitter.
Buffy: Whiner.
Willow: Bailer.
Buffy: Harpy.
Willow: Delinquent.
Buffy: Tramp.
Willow: Bad seed.
Buffy: Witch.
(Season 3: Dead Man's Party)

Buffy: I went to Angel's last night, and Faith was there. They looked sort of... intimate.
Willow: No way. I know what you're thinking, and no way.
Buffy: You're right, Faith would never do that.
Willow: Faith would totally do that. Faith was built to do that. She's the "do that" girl.
Buffy: Comfort, remember? Comfort here?
Willow: I mean, please. Does Angel come up to Faith's standards for a guy? Let's see. Is he breathing?
Buffy: Actually, no.
(Season 3: Enemies)

Buffy: I'm a Sunnydale girl, no other choice.
Willow: Must be tough. I mean, here I am, I can do anything I want. I can go to any college in the country, four or five in Europe if I want.
Buffy: Please tell me you're going somewhere with this?
Willow: No. (hands Buffy a letter) I'm not going anywhere.
Buffy: U.C. Sunnydale?
Willow: I will be matriculating with Class of 2003.
Buffy: Are you serious?
Willow: Say, isn't that where you're going?
Buffy: I can't believe it! Are you serious? Ah, wait, what am I saying? You can't.
Willow: What do you mean, I can't?
Buffy: I won't let you.
Willow: Of the two people here, which is the boss of me?
Buffy: There are better schools.
Willow: Sunnydale's not bad and I can design my own curriculum.
Buffy: Okay, well, there are safer schools. There are safer prisons. I can't let you stay because of me.
Willow: Actually, this isn't about you. Although I'm fond, don't get me wrong, of you. The other night, you know, being captured and all, facing off with Faith, things just kind of got clear. I mean, you've been fighting evil here for three years, and I've helped some, and now we're supposed to decide what we want to do with our lives, and I just realized that that's what I want to do. Fight evil. Help people. I mean, I think it's worth doing and I don't think you do it because you have to. It's a good fight, Buffy, and I want in.
Buffy: I kind of love you.
Willow: And, besides, I have a shot at being a bad ass Wiccan, and what better place to learn?
(Season 3: Choices)

Buffy: That's it. Assuming we survive this Ascension thing, he's gonna leave town.
Willow: Well, he's a fool. He's just a big dumb, jerk person if you ask me. And he's a super maxi jerk for doing it right before the prom.
Buffy: It's not his fault. He's 243 years old. He doesn't exactly get the prom.
Willow: But he should, if...
Buffy: Will, it's okay. You don't have to make him the bad guy.
Willow: But that's the best friends job, vilifying and grousing.
Buffy: Usually yeah. But he's right. I mean, I think, maybe in the long run, that he's right.
Willow: Yeah. I think he is. I mean, I tried to hope for the best but... I'm sorry. It must be horrible.
Buffy: I think horrible is still coming. Right now it's worse. Right now, I'm just trying to keep from dying.
Willow: Oh Buffy.
Buffy: I can't breathe, Will. I feel like I can't breathe.
(Season 3: The Prom)

Buffy: (about Riley) I just... feel like something's missing.
Willow: He's not making you miserable?
Buffy: Exactly. Riley seems so solid. Like... he wouldn't cause me heartache.
Willow: Get out. Get out while there's still time.
(Season 4: Something Blue)

Buffy: Okay, I'm all with the whoo-hoo, here, and you're not.
Willow: No, there's "whoo," and "hoo." But there's "uh-oh" and "why now?" And it's complicated.
Buffy: Why complicated?
Willow: It's complicated... because of Tara.
Buffy: You mean Tara has a crush on Oz? No, you... Oh! Oh.
(Season 4: New Moon Rising)

Willow: (about Buffy)Okay, she's wearing the halter-top with the sensible shoes: that means mostly dancing, light contact, but don't push your luck. Heavy conversation's out of the question.
Riley: So what do I do?
Willow: Ask her to dance.
Riley: Right, dance. Wait, no.
Willow: What's the matter?
Riley: I can't dance.
Willow: Then, talk. Keep eye contact. Funny is good, but don't be glib. And remember, if you hurt her, I will beat you to death with a shovel. A vague disclaimer is nobody's friend. Have fun!
(season 4:The Initiative)

Willow: You've been carrying the weight of the world since High School, Buffy.
(Season 5: Weight Of The World)

Buffy: In every generation, one slayer is born...because a bunch of men who died thousands of years ago made up that rule. They were powerful men. This woman (points to Willow) is more powerful than all of them combined.
Willow: (whimpers)
